Arumugam Palani, the founder of Bramble Foods, is a self-made entrepreneur who turned personal struggle into lasting success. Born and raised in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, he came from a modest background where hard work was a daily necessity. With no formal capital, Arumugam palani began making appalams using traditional methods he learned from his workplaces.

In 2005, he started Bramble Foods from scratch, handcrafting each batch, sun-drying the appalams, and delivering them himself. Despite financial hardships and limited resources, his commitment to quality, cleanliness, and consistency helped build the trusted brand Bramble is today. Arumugam's palani journey is a true example of how passion and perseverance can overcome any obstacle.

Bramble Foods was born from a simple passion: to bring the authentic taste of South Indian appalams to every table — locally and globally. Founded in 2005 in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, our journey began as a small, family-run venture rooted in traditional recipes passed down through generations.
